 Returns

We hope you will love your Solena Coat. But if there’s any reason you would like to return it, please get in contact with us as soon as you can. We have a 28-day return policy, which means we accept returns within 28 days of delivery. As a small business, we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage so we ask you to send it back using tracked postage.  We are unable to accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in an unworn condition, and in its original packaging. Once the returned coat has been received and checked over, refunds will be made within 3 to 5 days.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shruggler.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Returns

If you are sending your item back from outside of the UK, please clearly mark the parcel as a 'Customer Return'. Otherwise, the return will be charged import duties and this fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

Our items are made in small batches so we may not be able to find the exact item you are looking to exchange for.  However we will be more than happy to try and find you an alternative so it’s worth contacting us to see if we can assist.  If an alternative size or colour is available we will complete your exchange, if that’s not possible we will make a refund excluding shipping, customs and import duties.

If you would simply like to return your coat, we can offer you a refund if it is returned in an unworn condition.  You will need to return it within 28 days of it arriving with you.  Your return will need to be fully tracked, and tracking details sent to info@shruggler.com.  Please include your name and order number.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, which takes between 3 to 5 days.
