Shipping & Returns

Where possible we will dispatch within 1 to 2 working days.

We use DHL Parcel for all UK shipping, and Parcel Force for European and Worldwide deliveries. 

Shipping costs

UK Customers - FREE
European Customers - £15
*Rest of the World - £30

*For customers outside UK and Europe, please note the increased shipping cost. This is based on volumetric weight not actual weight.  The recyclable postage boxes we use to protect the coats whilst in transit mean that the volumetric weight far exceeds the actual weight.

Shipping times

UK customers - 2 - 3 working days from despatch.

EU customers - 3 – 5 working days after dispatch.

Rest of World customers - 4 - 7 working days after dispatch.

You'll get an email and/or text message from DHL / Parcel Force with your tracking details. They will give an expected day of delivery and will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If your delivery failed and your jacket was returned to us, we would need to re-charge you for shipping a second attempt.

Customs, Clearance & Duties Fees:

As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of any customs, clearance or duties fees and so must be paid for by the customer.  In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot accurately predict what they will be.
