Designed and handmade in London, Libby collars are crafted from a mixture of vintage Liberty fabric, Verona wool and kimono silk and come in a selection of designs, patterns and colourways. As with all Shruggler items no two Libby collars are exactly the same, and when they're gone, they're gone!
